Good location and price is good

This is my second stay. The staff were friendly and the house was very clean. Although there was a slight communication barrier due to the language barrier, they were very patient and efficient in resolving issues. The price was also reasonable. I would definitely recommend it again and again.

Facilities: The room was a bit old. Cleanliness: The cleaning lady cleaned it spotlessly every day. Environment: The surrounding area was very quiet; just turn left and you'll find the Japanese district, full of restaurants, bars, and a 7-Eleven. It's very convenient for visiting nearby attractions. Service: The lobby staff spoke Japanese and were very easy to communicate with. They showed me the map and explained how to get to different places – incredibly helpful! When there were no rooms available for my last few days, they even helped me move to a nearby hotel and assisted me in contacting them. The room was a bit old and had some small ants, but the service was more than enough. I would stay here again next time.

I had to go to bed early because I had to wake up at 3 a.m., but even with the windows closed, the noise was so bad that it lasted until dawn. I couldn't sleep.

The location is super convenient, right next to the Japanese town.

The staff were very kind.

1. Check-in: Bad. I arrived by taxi from the airport, but I was told to carry my suitcase from the taxi to the check-in counter by myself. There is no ramp. The hotel staff told me to carry my suitcase by myself using the stairs. 2. Cleanliness & Hygiene: Bad. A used condom was lying on the side of the headboard, and there was no sign of it being cleaned. I complained, but they said "later," and they did not clean it. 3. Facilities: Bad. The bathroom & toilet door was broken, and when I closed the door, I was trapped in the bathroom. Therefore, I used the bathroom with the door open. The room had a bathtub, but there was no hot water. I used the shower with lukewarm water.

It was very friendly and clean, and there were only a few stairs at the entrance, so it was great that even a woman could carry a large suitcase, but the signal was terrible!!! Also, I wanted to add breakfast but they didn't have it that day, I couldn't figure out which was the hot water tap and hot water never came out, and the hair dryer stopped halfway through... But all the receptionists were smiling and provided a pleasant service!

Life is very convenient

The bathing facilities in the hotel are too complicated and there is no hot water for bathing.

It's for business trips. It's a Japanese hotel, so there are a lot of Japanese guests. It's clean. The location is good. There's no breakfast. That's the only inconvenience.

The location is great, but I was worried about the noise at night. The room was about the same price as the price and there were no problems at all.
