Inadmissible !! Alors que nous arrivions de l’aéroport vers 18h00 avec le taxi, nous avons reçu un mail nous indiquant que notre CB n’était pas valide et que la location était annulée. Sur place nous avons essayé de rencontrer l’auteur de se désagrément qui ne réponds pas au téléphone. Lorsque je regarde sur le net les avis de Liam Apartment je me rends comptes que plusieurs voyageurs ont subit la même chose que nous, mêmes scénario !! A contrario sur Booking la note est très correcte car seuls les clients qui ont pu fréquenter un des logements proposés ont pu laisser un avis… welcome in Vietnam! Heureusement nous avons rebondit en trouvant un autre hébergement chez des gens gentils!

Esperienza pessima! La struttura ha cancellato la prenotazione 10 minuti prima che arrivassimo alla reception, senza preavviso e senza alcuna motivazione. Hanno cancellato la prenotazione nonostante avessimo risposto prontamente alle loro richieste di conferma prenotazione (ci hanno chiesto conferma nonostante avessimo prenotato su Booking). Arrivati in struttura non siamo riusciti a parlare con il responsabile, siamo stati costretti a trovare un altro alloggio)
