The room wasn't big, but it was very clean. My friend and I went on a trip together and stayed for two nights. Everything was great, except for someone knocking on our door at 8:30 AM for housekeeping on the second morning. The front desk even helped us book a Miumiu Spa, which was super nice!

Had a wonderful stay at MAI HOUSE Saigon Hotel! The hotel was very clean, peaceful, and comfortable throughout our stay. The room service food arrived quickly and tasted great. Location was also very convenient — close to many attractions and only around 3 minutes walking distance to a convenience store. Even though it’s centrally located, the hotel was still quiet and relaxing at night. The staff were friendly and helpful as well. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Ho Chi Minh City!

Very pretty french colonial style hotel with a stunning lobby. We stayed in the entry level room and it reminded us a lot of the park hyatt saigon hotel we stayed at 18 years ago. The Mai house hotel breakfast selection is to die for, every breakfast item is available at a good quality level for you to enjoy. The Vietnamese hospitality is very sincere from all levels of staff.

Very nice hotel , internet is great. Lobby is good style and rooms are big . Breakfast is just ok but not the best . Location is not right in where the attractions are but easy to get a grab which is very cheap to get around. Will recommend to stay .

The hygiene was good, and the facilities were quite new. The service attitude was nice; I requested a late check-out, and it was approved smoothly. It's very convenient for getting around, and calling a taxi is easy. There's always someone to open the car door and help with luggage when you go in and out.
