Queen Central Hotel - Ben Thanh Market Reviews

The hotel is conveniently located near Ben Thanh Market. The room facilities are quite good, but there's no parking for motorcycles, so guests with bikes have to park at Metro. The soundproofing is quite good against street noise, even for rooms with windows facing the street.

Location of the hotel is good, but the room are quite old, no facilities, AC and fridge make noise. Unfriendly staff, they wouldn't let you get the room key till exactly 2:00, and behavior is a bit childish, you can also hear people from other room. Rating 2/10

this hotel good location and near ben than market. Also near muslim food and many tourist come to stay here. this is the best place to stay near ben than market just walking distance 50meter.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel is conveniently located near the city centre. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

book last minute and surprisingly got cheap price. located in malaysian street ben thanh. after check in and enter the room, i was surprised again because upgraded to a triple room with another extra bed. Highly recommended

The hospitality at this hotel has been quite disappointing. There’s an older woman who seems to be in charge of the lobby bar area, and she often speaks by shouting, not only to the female front desk staff, but also to another older male hotel staff member, almost like she’s scolding him. I’ve stayed here several times, and every time I see her, she’s yelling, even when she’s on the phone. What bothered me the most happened yesterday. I asked if the cardboard boxes there were for sale because I wanted to buy one box and a roll of tape. She didn’t respond to me at all, so I asked the female front desk staff member instead, who responded politely. But then the older woman from the lobby bar gave me the box by throwing it onto the floor. I was honestly shocked by how rude that felt. Is this kind of behavior considered normal in the hospitality industry in Vietnam? The only real positives about this hotel are the convenient location and the fairly affordable price.

the bed n pillows are comfortable. The cleaning staffs are also very good. the lobby is huge and have comfortable seating area but the receptionist and maybe the owner is a bit rude (old lady) she always fight with guests for whatever reason im not sure of. shouting and charges people for whatever wrong reason. i might not repeat here again because of their attitude. becareful. they have lift up to the rooms but need to climb some stairs before reaching the lobby. cheap clothes selling in front of their stairs so can buy rightaway. very easy to get grab car and halal food

the location very strategic. centre.

We came early around 11am, and the reception informed us check in time is 2pm. Service is not friendly (the staff seems not bother to greet you), location wise is strategic near ben thanh market and bus station, the room not have facilities like iron, hairdryer etc. Some switch inside the room not function well.

I think money buys quality, for this cheap room, I can’t really complain. So the stars really describe about the hotel situation.
