The hotel's toilet wasn't clean.

The hotel staff, both those handling the organization and those in charge of cleaning, are very helpful and friendly; it was a pleasure to stay at the hotel. You can rent scooters, and the restaurant where you can have breakfast every day is good and only a 1-minute walk from the hotel.

The room is nice and has everything you need. It's located on the third line, but everything is close. The room is cleaned daily. The receptionist is friendly and tries to help guests with everything. Breakfast is a choice of three local soups, salad leaves, fruit, yogurt, and tea or coffee. It's enough to keep you full until the evening. The room was clean, rated at 4 (see photo). I booked a room with a garden view for a quieter stay – it's a quiet area after 10 PM, and at most, it's too crowded with other hotel guests. The garden itself is unremarkable, a small decorative aquarium with a few bushes – don't expect a picturesque park. Around 6 AM, roosters will start waking you up. There's no escape from them here.

The staff was pleasant and willing to resolve any awkward situations. Upon check-in, we were told that the trip had incorrectly uploaded the photo of the room we'd booked. In reality, it was much smaller. We checked in. They gave us a discounted bike rental in exchange, and we were upgraded to a larger room four days later. Breakfast was a disaster: scrambled eggs with toast (not fried), two slices of tomato, yogurt, and two slices of watermelon. There's avocado toast on the menu, but we haven't had it in eight of our breakfasts. Or the Asian breakfast - pho bo (but look at all the flies flying around that meat 🙈). Cleaning was subpar. To open a suitcase in the first (small) room, we had to move the bed, and it's probably never been cleaned. The desk, too. I can't imagine what's going on in the air conditioner, if even the vent fan is in such a state (see photo). The vent fan in the second room was just as dirty. The hotel is perfectly located: a 5-minute walk to the beach. Incidentally, the beach at Bar 200 is excellent, and good restaurants are also a 5-minute walk or bike ride away.

It's a bit far from the city center, but it's okay.

Hygiene needs improvement.
