We enjoyed everything during our stay at the hotel, with only one exception. My friend was not allowed to use the spa because of her sex, being a woman and this should have been made clear before we made our book

There is no breakfast as listed. Stayed for 2 night. Didn't even clean or top up toiletries on next day. Good thing is that its clean. But strong smell of cigarettes.

The room was old and basic, but the price was very high (500k VND). When I arrived, I was carrying 2 or 3 suitcases, but the security guard just watched instead of opening the door. The hot water tap took a very long time to turn on; I only got hot water when I was almost finished showering. Breakfast was just a bowl of instant noodles with a few slices of beef that had been sitting around for too long and tasted awful, so I left the whole bowl and went out to eat elsewhere. The Wi-Fi was weak, sometimes working, sometimes not. There wasn't a single trash can in the whole room. The only good thing was that a few male staff members helped carry my luggage when I arrived and left. I will never come back again.

The staff were very hardworking but not proficient in English, the room smelled of cigarettes, had no window, and the spa was not family-friendly. There was also a lot of noise during the first night I stayed there, and the breakfast was not pleasant. Talking to locals, I learned that the hotel was very expensive for what it offered. If I return to Ho Chi Minh City, I do not intend to stay at this hotel or any other in the chain.

For this price, it's impeccable. The only downside is that it has no windows. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. The service staff were excellent and very friendly. There are also many restaurants nearby, and a market to browse.

We stayed at the hotel for one night and we liked everything. The staff helped us call a taxi to the airport, thanks to them.

I booked the rooms for my parents, and they were very satisfied. Every time they come to Saigon, they book a room here.
