The contact telephone no. couldn’t be reach. And I can’t receive the room card and room no. Upon arrive at the river gate. I call your customer services agent and complain this issue. They also can’t contact the owner. So I cancel this booking and would like to refund my payment asap.

Could comfortably accommodate 4 people. The apartment is well appointed and in good condition with everything you need. The views were good, overlooking the river.
Unfortunately, it seems the bed linen had not been changed, but was clean enough.
The other problem we had was that only one of the three lifts was in use. This causes some long waits in a 27 floor building.

It's very convenient here, close to District 1 so getting around is quick. There are many places to eat and convenience stores. Reasonable price, good service. The host is hospitable and professional!
