It’s not noisy place near park, cafes and bus stations. Without window in my room, but I can use a rooftop and laundry free. Staff is nice.

Hot water wasn't hot enough. There were a bit too many tiny ants in the room, especially around the bed. Staff was nice and friendly. You can use the laundry at the roof. Close to Saigon Bus Terminal.

The service team are friendly and responsive. Location is great. The property is gated and secure. Overall, Haven Lofts is a fantastic choice for accommodation at a great price. It needs some usual repair/maintenance BUT it didn't affect our experience in any negative way. Thank you to the team. We loved our holiday in Ho Chi Minh.

Really nice affordable place to stay in district 1. The apartments are cosy with a small lounge room (some have a balcony) and your bed is up stairs. On the 5th floor is a rooftop patio and laundry that you can use. The owner is really helpful and makes a whattsapp group so you can ask questions etc. Our daughter was ill via whattsapp the owner recommend a doctor and nearby chemist. Just outside the door you can buy drinks and there is a number of good restaurants nearby by. Ben Thanh Market is just 10 minutes by foot away and you can easily get a Grab for a few dollars to anywhere in the area

Although the manager is not always on site, he will contact us through messaging software (I use what's app) in advance, and any questions will be answered quickly. The location is great too, very nice place close to the city center! It is within walking distance to the main attractions in District 1 of Ho Chi Minh City that you want to visit. The top floor is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, free self-service laundry, and a comfortable balcony. The room has a small kitchen with pots and pans, kitchen utensils, and an induction cooker and microwave. Great shower, fast wifi.
