The hotel location is good and easy to access. It also serves group tour travelers and present nice smile.

Very good location, but the hotel cannot provide flexibility to the customer including check in/out time even 30-60 mins

We had a disappointing experience with our reservation. We booked the wrong date and called the hotel immediately. We were informed that the date had been changed, but upon arrival, the hotel said no change had been made and denied the call. As a result, we had to pay twice, which caused significant inconvenience. Unfortunately, the hotel manager was not very understanding. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Staff of reception, beside my girlfriend, just told me is not your first time here , big problem for explain , completely crazy staff in reception
