The room was spacious, which was great. There's a small supermarket to the left for groceries and a bubble tea shop to the right. If you walk a bit further, there are several street food stalls. Getting a Grab is also very convenient. In the morning, you can find Vietnamese banh mi right downstairs. There's also a massage parlor downstairs, which is really handy. The only downside was the water kettle; it looked old and not very good. I'd suggest replacing it with a new one.

I arrived late at night and after taking a shower, I realized there was no hairdryer in the room. I called the front desk and they told me they had run out for the day. There was no fan in the room either, so I went to bed with my hair still wet. I recommend all ladies secure a hairdryer at check-in! The location was good and the room was clean.

The staff were friendly. They give extra tea, shampoo and soap, all you need to do is kindly ask them at reception. Room is spacious and cleanliness are maintained. I highly recommend this hotel, very close to Benh Tan Market.

The location was incredibly convenient. There's a park right in front where you can relax. The hotel entrance has stairs, but the staff will help you with your luggage if you ask. I had a room without a window, but it was comfortable enough for a one-night stay. All the basic amenities were provided, and the shower area was properly separated. I think it's perfectly fine for anyone used to hotels in Southeast Asia. Just a heads up, there was no hot water late at night. I also couldn't find a hairdryer in the room, though I assume you could borrow one from the front desk. If that's a concern, visiting a nearby head spa would solve the problem.

The room was spacious and is near the attractions. Although the light and facilities are old but the price is affordable

The hotel lobby is quite dirty and old; it needs an upgrade. The hot water in the bathroom takes a very long time to warm up.

The service was very bad.when we arrived for check in, the staff was on the sofa. Never say good morning for all our spend. The window was at 1 meter 80. Shower was with lot of mould. Not recommended

Room size is sufficient for solo traveller. Aircond is cold. However, the hot water pressure is very low and not hot enough for morning bath. No sound proof. Can hear people walking and talking at the corridor. Service is good. Easy access to nearby attractions.

The locations are great. Just beside ben thanh market. We muslim easy to find halal food because this area was Malaysian street.

The hotel was pretty decent, a lil bit old but well maintained. The location was superb, just minutes away from shopping spots and halal eateries. But make sure to check with the hotel because you may be confused with the other hotel with the same name. Overall we really enjoy our stay.

Location is excellent!! Literally few steps away from Ben Tanh market and Ben Tanh metro station. Lots of cafes and food spots are very near from the hotel.  Room was big. There were towels, toiletries, slippers. There's also a refrigerator.  The only thing I think should be improved are the lights. The room is dark even when all the lights are turned on already.  But overall, this a very good spot if you want to have a perfect location with a very cheap price. 

The room was a bit on the small side, and the facilities felt a little outdated. I guess that's typical for hotels in this area, maybe a French style? Communication was a bit tough due to the language barrier. Overall, the value for money wasn't great.

You know what?! Tough looks like a 2stars hotel but this hotel is amazing! Really near to ben tanh market and others location such as saigon center, saigon square, worry free you can just walk and enjoy the traffic of HCM. Staffs are helpful, room is clean, almost perfect with a very good price. Thank you very much. Please consider this hotel as it is strategic location !

Good location, not have hair driyer in the room, the room is not soundproof. Stay 3 nights not change bed sheet.
