Stay at this hotel for recovery from my surgery because I need to go to the hospital every 4 day for 9 days staying at this hotel. The first time check in, I found out at night (when Im about to sleep) the blanket was reusable from previous other people who stayed in that room. The smell of the armpit stick on that blanket 🤮. I cannot really sleep because of the noise from the downstairs of the street. You can hear people shouting and laughing from downstairs. The noise too loud until 5:30am. This hotel just near by to the drinking and some food place. Breakfast included in the room from 6:30am to 10:00am, however you need to asked the staff to refill the food, even though it just around 8:30am. One of the male staff always playing with the phone and you have to asked him to get more food to refill. Compliment to the tall guy at the reception sometimes he also looking after for the breakfast (very helpful and hard working) the morning lady at the reception with the great smile always, all the housekeeping who always makeup my room when I needed and the chef for the nice egg fried rice every morning. Overall this place just ok, nothing more than that.

Location is quite pleasant for tourists , you can walked around to the river just a minute.

Enjoyed stay, conveniently located

Located on Dong Khoi Street, it was convenient for shopping and sightseeing.

The only thing I can recommend is breakfast. If you only stay for one night, it's okay. A small bottle of water is placed on the table. A bottle costs 10,000. If you mind, remember to buy it at FAMILY in Japan Street. There are no convenience stores nearby.

First of all, even if something was missing at breakfast, employees' priority was to eat their own breakfast. Also, the towels were so dirty that they were unusable. Then, the room cleaning was delayed and I went out in the morning, but when I returned at 4:00 pm, it still hadn't been done for three days. It was a really bad hotel with a good location, so I will never use it again!

It's just a place worth the money. Don't expect much. It's one of the worst places to stay in my life.

The smell of cigarette smoke and aromatics in the room combine to make you want to vomit. The environment is poor and not recommended.

Good location.

The room we had was huge Bed is a little low for us but ok Pillows not the best but bed was comfy. Bed light did not work as no plug for it to work. Room was cleaned each day and staff are helpful and friendly Breakfast is adequate Steps to front office are steep but helpful staff helped us each time we went out as we are older customers. Spa bath was good but high to get in when old. Shower n bath is not easy for us to get in. but ok. Many Japanese restaurants around but it is !1 kl from Ben Thanh market so was a taxi each time to go there. Cheap and convenient. We loved out stay here.

Bad cleaning at the room, no toiletpaper in room, no english skills in reception, difficult to find us in there system when checkin, breakfast was not good (more likelunch feom yesterday).

Nice stay, the location is perfect. The room was a bit small with a tiny window and the hot water/ pressure is a bit hit or miss. The breakfast was great and the staff were lovely and very helpful.
