We are also pleased to know that you enjoyed the Family Room (101), found the beds comfortable, and appreciated the extra space after the upgrade. However, we sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. The issue with the room door being difficult to close and causing noise is certainly not acceptable. Regarding the bathroom door lock, we would like to clarify that the lock has been intentionally disabled for child safety reasons. As this is a Family Room, we deactivate the internal lock to prevent children from accidentally locking themselves inside. Instead, the bathroom door is equipped with a safety latch to ensure privacy while still allowing access in case of emergency. We sincerely apologize if this was not clearly explained to you upon check-in, which may have caused confusion. Additionally, we are very sorry about the lack of hot water for the shower. This must have been frustrating, and we completely understand your disappointment. Please rest assured that we have shared your feedback with our maintenance team to immediately inspect and address the door mechanism and the hot water system to prevent similar situations in the future. We truly appreciate your constructive feedback, as it helps us improve our facilities and services.
