The Cozum Smart Hotel in Saigon offers decent value for the price and boasts a convenient location. However, guests should be prepared for noise disruptions due to nearby construction and a school. Additionally, the internet quality is notably poor.

nice location！Very cheap！ There are everything from restaurants to massage shops nearby.

Ok for the price we paid

It's clean and the location is really good. The Bui Vien tourist street is close by, and Tao Dan Park Cathedral, Reunification Palace, and Ben Thanh Market are all within walking distance. There is also a Kong cafe in front of the accommodation. Korean restaurant Ttungbojip is in front of the accommodation, and Machandeul Wang Salt Grill is also nearby. Accessibility and price are all ok

The room is airy but the equipment is quite old, the bathroom has no toilet but the location is quite good and the price is reasonable, suitable for short-term stays of 1 or 2 nights.

The room is relatively clean, the service is relatively good, and the surrounding environment is okay and relatively clean

The room is old and not soundproof. Wifi is weak and barely usable in the room

The staff were very helpful and willing to go out of their way to make sure that everything was fine and helped me with ongoing travel arrangements

1. Staff was showing attitude and overcommunucated. You were ask for ID before checking in but still got the same questions about ID and phone number when came to hotel to receive the keys. Self check-in portal in the other locations is more convenient than hotel in Suong Nguyet Anh. 2. Only 1 old key-tag was provided.
