Ramana Saigon Hotel

The hotel is conveniently located in District 3, within a 20–30 minute ride (traffic permitting) to popular spots like the Café Apartment and Ben Thanh Market. It’s also close to District 1, while offering a slightly quieter environment, which we appreciated. There are plenty of nearby conveniences, including 7-Eleven, Charles & Keith, and various food options. However, the cleanliness could be improved. We requested housekeeping on our second day, but only basic tasks like making the bed and emptying the bin were done. The room itself was not thoroughly cleaned—trash on the table was left untouched, the bathroom still had used packaging from the hotel toiletries, and there was noticeable dust in less visible areas such as behind and under the bed. Overall, the stay was acceptable, especially as we enjoyed the convenience of a connecting room, which suited our family well. And the hotel breakfast was super good! Many varieties.

Service was great, the staff look after us and were very helpful in every way. Location is 10mins out of District 1 but with very cheap Grab we were able to go back and forth without any issues.

Staff from the onset were lovely. Room was spacious. Had dinner in their restaurant. Had a Pad Thai and Malaysian meal including beef. The Phad Thai lacked flavour and the beef was so tough. Brought this to waitress attention but didn't seem interested. Check out was breezy.

The location is good, and the breakfast is also nice, but the hotel is a bit old and not very clean. Still, the price is worth it.
