do not book this place. if i had known that they dont have a proper ac unit i would have never made a booking. there is no fan only a hole in the wall as air con with a broken remote. the room never really got cool/dry, it already had moist walls when i entered and my last night the unit stopped working entirely. it felt like a sauna especially after taking a shower. the small window didnt help, every time someone walked in the hallway it would shine light into the room. the place isnt soundproof either. you can hear other guests slamming doors, shouting and watching tv on full blast. at check in reception asked me for a visa. i had to show him my visa on arrival stamp. the area is far from the city with nothing to show but highways and traffic.

My second stay and maintain their cleanliness, location is good and shops nearby is great. Reception is helpful. However they may consider checking on their bed as it is really hard! They may check the beds in Thanh Tai Hotel 1 and it is more comfortable.

My go to hotel when I am in HCM. Friendly staffs, free breakfast and location is near the airport.

Clean, convenient, and relatively affordable place to stay mid-term. Plenty of privacy and hotel front desk staff did their best to be helpful. Laundry service was a bit weird to use, but no real issues.

The mattress was pretty dirty under it, so I had to change it. Overall, it wasn't bad, but if it was the same hotel, room 1 would be much better.
