BALLANTINE HOTEL Phu My Hung- SECC

I stayed here for a few days and had a really comfortable experience. The hotel feels brand new, with modern interiors, clean rooms, and everything well maintained. Housekeeping is done daily, and the complimentary laundry service was a nice bonus, especially for a longer stay. One thing I appreciated most was the staff. They can communicate in several languages, which made everything much easier. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. Most of the guests during my stay were from Korea, China, and other countries, so the atmosphere was quiet, respectful, and international. The TV also offers channels from different countries, which is a nice touch. The location is convenient, close to the walking street, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and supermarkets nearby. There are lots of dining options within walking distance. The lobby is spacious and welcoming, and considering the room rate, I think it offers very good value. If you’re visiting for business or travel and want a clean, peaceful hotel with helpful staff and a convenient location, this is definitely worth considering.

I recently spent a few days here with my young child and had a wonderful experience. Although we checked in late at night, the staff still kindly helped us with our luggage. Everyone was extremely friendly, always checking whether we needed anything and even taking the time to play with and care for my child. The hotel itself is beautiful, surrounded by plenty of greenery, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well equipped. We especially enjoyed the indoor golf putting mat, which was a fun and unique touch. There are also many restaurants and eateries nearby, making it very convenient for dining and getting around. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay, and I will definitely return again in the future. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable.

My first impression of the hotel was great. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and I was impressed that they could communicate in English, Korean, and Chinese.
