Good location, fast wifi, clean, new, online service good and helpful.

Second time here. The room looks very new (in fact the whole building as well). Location is good short grabbike to district 1 supermarket eateries and cafes. Highly recommended. Hope to be back soon

Loud (VERY LOUD) guest at 1:30AM screaming, no one dealt with it so I had to myself to sleep. Cockroach in the stairs, bathroom wasn’t clean when we showed up, self checking is clear but still not super good, empty lobby. Location is much more « local » than you would like, not suited for tourists, you’ll get funny looks coming in and out of there. I would not stay there again. Staff responsive when door lock needed new batteries, communicating through WhatsApp

This is my second time staying here; the check-in method is convenient. The water pressure is very weak, barely warm.

This room is not listed as a hotel It is even listed as a motel, because it is not as good as a motel Listing the hotel category is a lie and a scam to customers -The service is very bad, very very bad. Because there is no support -Bad customer support -No elevator -No basic things like toothbrush and comb -No hot water, they use solar hot water, the day we arrived it was raining, and we did not have hot water to shower -There is not even a table and chair (the minimum equipment of a motel) All of the above problems were not listed when I chose the room for me to consider I really feel like I was cheated when I rented this room Their service is so bad that they even kicked customers out when they wanted to stay longer because of vehicle problems I was changed the time of the vehicle, I told them to charge me an extra day, they did not agree. They sent the cleaner to knock on my door constantly to bother me, she bothered a lot to chase us out of the room, they even called me and talked very badly I really feel like I was cheated when I rented this room, hope others don't have the same bad luck as me

Clean hotel near the center, easy to find address, easy check in

I booked a room at midnight, called several times but no one answered, and they didn't give me the password. I waited at the door for a long time at 3:00 a.m., but fortunately the customer service lady from Ctrip helped me to check in.
