Empress Hotel Ho Chi Minh City

At first I was nervous with this hotel what if what if, as I travelled to HCMC before and some of the hotel are basic, old, sorry to say ugly But this hotel I’m 100% recommend, atm machine n bank just right infront the hotel, local cafes around, and if you love matcha, right next to this hotel theres small cafe that serve matcha, coffee and a lot of yummy drink, is located in the central, Saigon centre just around the corner. Nevertheless the staff are amazing! They speak English, they communicate well, they are kind, always greet me whenever they saw me, especially the old man that work in the day time…I would give him a 1000 stars if I could, his legend! The room, is like proper hotel, not like a homestay or hostel, have safety box, some of tv channel in English, room super clean, the pillows so soft, bedsheet and bed cover soft and comfy. I will come back here to stay next time I visit

Generic hotel close to the down town core with decent price. Worth it if you just want a room that’s clean, near the action. You can book the trips and because it’s its district 1 they will pick you up.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! It was really cool and super comfortable. The room was cozy, the amenities were great, and the overall atmosphere was just perfect for relaxing. But the best part was the staff — they were incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly throughout my entire stay. Always smiling and ready to assist. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a great place to stay! 这家酒店真的太棒了！非常舒适，环境也很赞。房间很温馨，设施齐全，住起来特别放松。最让我感动的是这里的员工——他们都非常善良、友好而且热心，总是面带微笑，随时提供帮助。强烈推荐给大家，下次一定还会再来！

Not the most modern hotel but it’s clean enough and good service.

Room cleaning was not done properly. Dishonesty about deposit. They mention am amour but charge a higher one. Clearly left unhappy. When wanting to extend an extra night they told me it was same price than online which clearly was not.
