Saigon Prince Hotel

I stayed here for three consecutive days, and my room was never cleaned. They didn't replace the toothbrush, toiletries, or water bottles. This level of service for a hotel is just bizarre! I've never encountered such a terrible hotel. Giving it a bad review and complaining! The manager came and did absolutely nothing, just offered an apology. Is this the kind of service expected from a hotel in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City? Take this place off the market, I'm never coming back!!!

Excellent! Very good, super convenient. It's incredibly easy to get anywhere. I loved how convenient it was! Highly recommended.

This hotel had all the basic amenities ready, such as service, amenities, a pool, and a gym. The only downsides were that laundry services were off-site and it could be a bit noisy until 11:30 PM due to live music from the bar next door. I'd like to stay here again next time.

The hotel has a traditional, old-school five-star style. The rooms, hallways, and bathrooms aren't exactly trendy. The bathroom has a glass shower, which is spacious enough, but the fixtures definitely show their age.

Located right in the heart of HCM, the main street in front of the hotel becomes a pedestrian zone on weekend nights, so vehicle access is restricted during those hours, but otherwise, it's fine. I happened to be staying there on my birthday, and the hotel surprised me with a letter, flowers, and cake. It was a lovely surprise! While the facilities are a bit old, there aren't any major issues. Perhaps because it's a hot country, the maximum temperature for the shower is 38 degrees Celsius. When you've been in air conditioning for a long time, you really want hotter water. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. It's a 4-star hotel, but I'd say it's at least 4.5, if not 5. The hospitality and service, however, are definitely 5-star quality.
