Hotel Nikko Saigon

This hotel was absolutely amazing! The location is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the subway station. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient, and they even gave me a free room upgrade during check-in. The room itself was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent – I slept like a baby. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the made-to-order noodle station was fantastic! The cleaning staff kept the room spotless every day, paying attention to all the little details. This place offers incredible value for money, and I'll definitely choose it again for my next business trip. Highly recommended!

The room was spacious and the apartment-style design was very practical, offering great value for money. The room was clean, and the service was excellent. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. The swimming pool was freely accessible and the gym was decent too. Plus, there's a Haidilao hotpot right next to the hotel!

Overall, it's pretty good. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the front desk staff are very friendly. Breakfast is also plentiful. The pool view is just average as it's not on the top floor, and the gym is a bit small. Still, I would recommend it.

This was my first stay at Hotel Nikko, and even though the hotel is a bit older, the cleanliness and service were excellent. They even had an air purifier in the room, so there was no musty smell. Since my child is quite tall, they thoughtfully added an extra bed. Our room was spotlessly cleaned every day when we returned, and we always found chocolates, which were delicious! The automatic heated and sanitized toilet seat was a definite bonus! The hotel is close to all the attractions, and Grab made getting around incredibly easy. Plus, the hotel offers a fixed shuttle bus to attractions – just book in advance. For kids, I highly recommend the zoo, which is very close to the hotel. I'll definitely choose Hotel Nikko again on my next visit!
