Worst hotel experience in my life. Arrived and they couldn't find my booking, good job I printed out the details. Was shown to first room and upon turning on the lights something jumped from the wall to the floor, I heard and saw it land on the floor but have no idea what it was. I said " what the hell was that?"The member of staff with me said I'll give you another room. The second room was shabby and had lots of rat droppings on the floor behind the bed. The third room I was shown has a strong smell of mothballs. Nothing worked including the fridge which was also filthy. Naked electrical cable was coming out of the wall in the shower cubicle. Bath mat was clearly dirty. Tap broken. I slept on top of the bed with the lights on as I didn't want any darkness loving creatures to crawl out of their spaces etc. I was booked for two nights but go up as early as possible, brushed my teeth with bottled water and had a stand up wash without touching anything and got the hell out of the place without breakfast. A shocking and troubling experience, the place is not fit to be advertised on any platforms in my opinion.

i have travelled widely and this hotel is the worst i have ever stayed at or heard of. rat droppings behind the bed in one room i was allocated, the first room i was allocated had some creature in it which jumped from the wall to the floor as soon as the staff member turned on the light, i have no idea what is was but i heard it land on the floor. everything was dirty and poorly maintained. i didnt dare use the shower due to the awful state and it had naked wired coming out of the wall at one end. didnt dare eat the breakfast and i cut short my stay, slept with the light on to stop any other creatures emerging. horrific experience

Check in time was supposed to be 12pm, I arrived at 12:38pm and was told I couldn’t check in till 2pm because the rooms were not ready yet. I went down to order some food for lunch and it literally took an hour before I got served. I had to chase the waiter down to ask for my bill and then look for him again for my change. The deal breaker was when the tried to check me into a lesser value room because someone was still occupying the room and booked and paid for. At the end, I had to contact ******* for a discount

Stayed here for six nights in Feb. 26. Overall, very good experience. Hotel itself is a little worn, but room was clean and comfortable. If you can, pay a bit extra for an upper-floor room with a balcony, particularly one that overlooks the city. (A "mountain view" might sound nicer, but the "city view" actually looks down over Ho, with a stunning view of Mount Adaklu.) Be aware that a standard balcony room is often parking lot level and shares a space with the adjoining room.) Staff were very nice. Arranged transport for me into Togo, and was generally friendly. Pool and outdoor area is expansive, but could stand with a bit of updating, more comfortable seating, etc. Pretty good wifi. Since the hotel is up on the hill, it's a bit out of the way. This means it's generally quiet, but you also means you need to arrange for transport if you want to go into town. Breakfasts were a bit hit or miss, in terms of options, staffing, and timing, but were ok. Dinner menu is limited, but also serviceable. I'd definitely stay again if I were to return to Ho.
