Đoàn mình có đặt phòng vào 25.03 thực sự có sự trải nghiệm k tốt ở đây. Khăn tắm thiếu, lễ tân phản hồi đang giặt sấy và k cung cấp đủ Chăn thì hôi kinh khủng, đoàn mình check in và đi ra ngoài chơi, đến tối về mới nhận ra tình trạng của chăn, gọi lễ tân k nghe máy, xuống tận quầy k có ai. T độ nhân viên quầy lễ tân quá chán. Khi giải quyết trouble với khách hàng không gửi lời xin lỗi với khách hàng đầu tiên mà đổ lỗi cho khách k check từ lúc nhận phòng. Một trải nghiệm tệ khi đến Ninh Bình.
