DoubleTree by Hilton Hobart

I have never stayed at such a terrible DoubleTree by Hilton 👎. In summer, the air conditioning was not cold at all. At breakfast, when I went down at 9:30 am, the food was not replenished — the honey was finished and not refilled, and the bananas were all bad. The overall experience was really poor. I hope the hotel can improve. Next time, I would rather stay at an ibis hotel.

Fantastic trip and fantastic service at the Hilton Double Tree. Rooms and service were top-notch. Support from staff was fantastic too. My daughter hurt her foot in the pool and they sent her a little note and bar of chocolate which made her day - above and beyond. Our only complaint was the breakfast buffet was pretty average and with Hobart being such a vibrant bustling city of beautiful food they need to up their game. Everything was ok and a decent selection, however the hot food section was pretty poor and the sausages were like cardboard. Kids loved the cereal and fruits on offer so that was a bonus.

The hotel front desk staff were exceptionally helpful. They provided quick assistance with check-in, offered great local recommendations, and promptly addressed any concerns.
