This is a stylish hotel. It truly felt like stepping back in time. It's an old building with friendly staff. We chose it specifically for the atmosphere. Our windows overlooked an old cathedral (St. David's Cathedral). Since it's a 19th-century building, the floorboards in the room creaked in places. There wasn't a coat rack near the entrance for outerwear. The lighting came from desk lamps and floor lamps. In the lobby downstairs, there was live music in the evenings, which I really enjoyed. There's also a bar. Overall, the hotel left a pleasant impression, which is exactly what we came for.

Booked an executive suite, and it was the best value for money in terms of size in the area. I arrived with some doubts, but it far exceeded my expectations. The living room was so big you could play ball in it! The decor is very retro, and it's quite an old building. The bathroom is huge, and it even has dual shower heads, which was interesting 🤔

Great place, looked old but was very functional. Staff from the very first to the last I met were helpful, professional, kind and resourceful- especially Mr Puneet. Housekeeping was tip top, kudos to the housekeeping team👍

The staffs are extremely nice and helpful. Location is excellent and easy to find. Room is spacious but we feel the beds are a bit too soft to us. Overall we are happy for the stay and highly recommended.
