The room floor was a bit uneven, and walking heavily caused vibrations. The kitchen had an oven, but the grease inside wasn't cleaned properly. It's very close to the city center, with many restaurants, pharmacies, and a large supermarket all within a 5-minute walk.

Everything was awesome, including the cleanliness and services. It is located in the centre of the city and very convenient with just walking distance to the wharf, Salamanca market, restaurants and St David’s cathedral. We cooked in the room too, the equipment provided in their kitchen were very practical and useful. There was no elevator so if you’re carrying heavy luggage you might need some help with that but other than that everyone was great.

Stayed one night in the Annex building in a one bedroom suite. Please note that there are no elevators, so guests would need to carry luggage up the stairs. Location is central.

Good location if you want to explore the city. Can be noisy at night as you’ll be staying in the middle of the city.

I stayed in a one-bedroom room on the B floor of the annex for three days. The three female staff at the reception were all very kind. The sofa bed was big and the room was cleaned well. However, the bathroom door was not well fitted. If there is no cleaning on Sundays, I think it would be good if all towels other than bath towels were left out for two days by Saturday. The location is great. Thank you for a pleasant trip.

Rooms are slightly dated, but are large and spacious and quite well equipped. It was clearly stated that this property had no elevator and was stair access only; these rooms are definitely not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
