I have a mixed review to share. My stay was wonderful, the staff and property is great. Special thanks to Chaiti and Mr Ganesh they are just fabulous with their job. The rooms are clean, house keeping team is prompt and on point. The problem arises here - 1. The food isn’t great and can be much better taste and quality. 2. The speed of service needs to up 3. The sous chefs need to really be trained well Though Alok in the service team was really hands on so was Sahil. Overall a good experience just wish the food and kitchen team can get better. Thank you

Aurika is set in a green, calm valley which gives piece of mind to people used to a lot of hustle and bustle in the cities. My wife and I stayed at the Resort for 4 nights enjoying the ambience, the great service, food and activities available there. The Resort is pet friendly too. Highlight of the place is its staff which was always courteous and strove to provide satisfaction. When I wanted to make online bank transfer from sbi for payment instead of my international credit card, they facilitated it. They the gentleman at Reception discovered that I had made double payment for the room, informed me and immediately made arrangements to transfer back the money to me! Great attitude and service culture! I thank him very much for his diligence! Finally, a word about Mr Ganesh, who tells stories about the region and also takes people out for forest and coffee plantation walks. Very enjoyable!

I will definitely go to stay again in this resort whenever I visit Coorg. Fantastic behaviour of staff and management. Completely 💯% in their services. The restaurant staff is very friendly, from the manager to the waiter all are very cooperative. Jain food taste is on another level. Very superb stay. The location is also very nice. Inhouse activities are too good to keep your kids engaged all day. Nice maintain property

Comfortable stay food is tasty but little costly lush green area lavish swimming pool spacious rooms courteous staffs very cool weather overall nice experience we recommend others if plan to come to Coorg then can think of this amazing resort Aurika

Excellent resort with nice property and spacious rooms amidst the natural surroundings. We had witnessed the evening fogs and view of property and surroundings during that time was really outstanding. We had stayed for 2 days and had covered Abbi falls, Glass bridge point and plantation walk.

Totally blown with the amazing experience at The Aurika Coorg ,this property is truly a wonderful experience. From service to food everything was excellent. What a enthusiastic team of people who always went extra mild . Service and housekeeping 10/10 . A must visit propetty in Coorg . Very welcoming General Manager Mr Sanjay who was always available and very courteous. The service staff Mr Mayank and Sahil from restaurant was so prompt and helpful. A heart warming stay ❤️

Aurika means golden - I must say that in this estate the owner has kept all the gems of the country The service was outstanding, friendly staff , very much impressed with the gesture of the staff which includes Reception to the room service to the dinning. Forgot the names :( The service was wonderful, the ambience was perfect, the restaurant had a great atmosphere and the decore was beautiful Ganesh (Bird *** of coorg) is cherry on the cake, took us for nature therapy walk in the morning then coffee plantation in evening. After completion of coffee tour, we tasted cold brew coffee (which was complimentary). He is very knowledgeable with a kind heart. Overall a very satisfying stay, one in which you wouldn't want to leave.

Being guided by Mr. Ganesan through the wonders of nature was an absolute delight! His expertise on the birds we encountered added a whole new layer of enjoyment to the experience. I left with a deeper understanding and appreciation of the natural world.
