Must be five stars across the board! We stayed during the May Day holiday, and even with how busy it was, their service was truly top-notch – that's real skill. Since it's a new hotel, both the facilities and services are excellent. It has Atour's mid-to-high-end setup with smart home features throughout, giving you that reliable chain hotel peace of mind. It's clean and hygienic. There was a slight new-装修味 (new-decoration smell), but they provided an air purifier for us, so service gets full marks! We were traveling in an RV, and the staff helped us find parking and carried our luggage – everything was perfectly arranged. Highly recommend this place!

The hotel's location is great, making it easy to get around by taxi, car, or subway. There are plenty of food and drink options nearby. The staff are warm, polite, and very responsive. The rooms are clean and tidy, and housekeeping is prompt. There's also a cozy little area next to the front desk where you can read or chat, and laundry and drying facilities are available, which is really convenient. The hotel breakfast is also excellent, with a good variety and delicious taste.

Absolutely loved the decor at Atour Jianye, the atmosphere was so warm and inviting. The room had great natural light, and the cleanliness was impeccable, leading to a fantastic night's sleep. The surrounding area has a well-developed commercial district, making it super convenient for sightseeing and dining. The service was thoughtful and attentive, with attention to detail evident everywhere. It's truly the ideal choice for a stay in Hohhot; the experience was top-notch!

I loved my stay here! The staff were nice and warm, and the location is ideal—right beside the metro. The room was spacious, spotless, and well thought out, with a gigantic desk that was perfect for working. The aircon and hot water were both great, and the bed and blanket were so soft and comfy. The breakfast was a true highlight—far beyond the typical hotel buffet. It featured a wide variety of hearty local dishes that gave a real taste of the region, along with fresh fruit, pastries, and great coffee. Every morning felt like a new food adventure! The hotel also offers a lot of convenient facilities, including a laundromat. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I’ll definitely stay here again next time!

The service attitude is very good. There is tea upon check-in. The room also has a professional power card, which is more thoughtful than other hotels. The elevator also has elevator control, which is really safe and thoughtful for travelers. The room is really clean and fragrant, and the dry and wet are separated, which is very good. There are also welcome fruits and breakfast for free. It is really worth the money. Hahaha, it is convenient to do business and eat in the surrounding area. The environment is really good. The main thing is that it is easy to park and you can enter the lobby in two steps after getting off the car. It's really good.

This is the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in at this price point. **Facilities:** The hotel is very new, and all the design features are incredibly thoughtful. The bedding is super comfortable, the curtains block out light really well, and the soundproofing is good too. You can even ask the front desk for a humidifier. I slept soundly for both nights. The double showerhead design in the bathroom is very practical; the water pressure is strong, and the lower nozzle is perfect for rinsing feet and legs. The body wash, shampoo, and shower gel are all gentle yet effective, and the scent reminds me of Sukin and Aesop from Australia – the woody fragrance is very relaxing. The hairdryer is incredibly powerful, even stronger than a Dyson on its highest setting, and works wonderfully. Bottled water is always available in the elevator area for guests to take. The lobby on the third floor also provides complimentary tea, biscuits, contact lens solution, contact lens cases, lens wipes, and glasses cloths, which is incredibly thoughtful. **Service:** The service is excellent. When I checked in, there was only one person ahead of me, and the front desk apologized for making me wait and gave me two hand creams. When checking out, they even gave me two warm bottles of water. **Environment:** The hotel's location is fantastic. MixC shopping mall is a short distance away, and it's a convenient taxi ride to tourist attractions or food streets. There's a highly-rated restaurant downstairs, and many local specialty snacks nearby that you can order for delivery. The food is delivered right to your room by a robot, which offers great privacy. **Cleanliness:** The room was cleaned exceptionally well.

I was absolutely delighted with my stay. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming, and check-in was quick and efficient. The room was even more spacious and brighter than I expected, with stylish and modern decor, and most importantly, it was spotless! The bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly through the night. The shower had perfect water pressure and temperature, washing away a day's fatigue. The hotel's location is also fantastic, with convenient dining and shopping options nearby, and it's not far from the subway station and major attractions. The front desk staff even thoughtfully offered me a bottle of mineral water upon departure. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the city! I highly recommend it to everyone!

Modern, upscale feeling, nice furniture, spacious rooms, good breakfast with a few western options though not many.  Service desk was good and friendly but did not provide a smoke free room asewquested in the booking at the beginning but got an upgrade afterwards really a very spacious room, which was a great service. However the service desk staff should pay more attention to the exact booking specifications, because on our second stay they gave us one standard and one larger room though we had booked two large rooms and we ended up having to correct that again with the frontdesk…. Location is a bit remote, not many shops or restaurants around. The Hotel itself is very clean and has trendy looking furniture and a lot of stylish looks inside. I can recommend it to western tourists and if you plan to travel to downtown by Didi the location does not matter anyway. It is closer to the airport than the downtown Hotels and absolutely quiet - no road noise or other things.  Overall a very pleasant Hotel with some necessary tweaks here and there for the service desk staff.

Amazing location if you are travelling here with high speed train or by airplane because this hotel is located close to both Hohhot East Train Station and Hohhot Airport! Atour is amazing. Fyi, for all my girlies, they have the best hair dryers, super fast drying and bouncy hair! Very comfy stay and spacious room!
