Facilities: Excellent, very luxurious. Hygiene: Clean and fragrant. Service: I'd like to specially commend the handsome guys and beautiful ladies at the front desk; they promptly met every request. Enjoy two cups of ZHotel's freshly ground American coffee: I didn't get to enjoy this, haha, I even forgot about it myself. The only downside is that there's no in-room breakfast service, so you have to go to the restaurant, but that's not a major issue.
