We express our deepest apologies for the serious misleading during your reservation process and the great disappointment caused by it. The situation you described (the lack of facilities such as swimming pools, gymnasiums, running tracks, and the use of irrelevant pictures). We have urgently launched a comprehensive investigation and rectification. The use of irrelevant pictures such as the Genghis Khan statue is to promote that this hotel is close to the scenic spots and facilitate guests to arrange their own itineraries. The swimming pool is open from January to April and is built outside the hotel. We are deeply sorry that the gymnasium is currently under maintenance and is not open. We know that no amount of explanation can save your disappointment this time.
