Huashijian Smart Movie Homestay (Zhenhua Square)

The location is excellent, right next to a shopping mall and close to the subway. There are bathrooms both upstairs and downstairs, and the spaces are well-separated, which is perfect. This loft is definitely the top choice for family trips.

Pros: Excellent location (above Zhenhua Plaza), great for watching movies on the projector, clean and hygienic (with disposable towels), and each stay includes a free hair wash or hydration treatment. Cons: No breakfast, requires a 100 RMB deposit, and the room had a strong lingering smoke smell from the previous guest. Overall, it's still quite good and offers great value for money.

I switched to this room on the second day, which also had a digital lock. The overall color scheme was much better. However, the bathroom drainage was terrible, causing water to pool. The hot water came from one of those old-fashioned water heaters, so you had to shower quickly, otherwise, you'd run out of hot water.

This hotel at Zhenhua Plaza is my top choice when traveling. It's conveniently located and easy to find. The overall environment is clean, comfortable, and has a warm, pleasant atmosphere. The room was thoroughly cleaned, tidy, and refreshing, which was really comforting. The facilities are complete and well-equipped, meeting all daily living needs. The staff are enthusiastic and polite, providing meticulous service. My overall stay was absolutely perfect.

Found a hidden gem of a hotel, located right in the city center at Zhenhua Plaza. I really loved the unique decor. It was a duplex with twin beds, and both floors had washbasins and bathrooms with showers. The room was clean and tidy, and they even gave me a free upgrade, which was a nice touch and made the stay very comfortable. Check-in at the front desk was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and efficient. You could tell the cleaning staff paid great attention to detail. Plus, it came with a Tencent Video membership, so the movie-watching experience was excellent. Definitely a recommendable and budget-friendly hotel.

The room was incredibly clean, which was a huge relief. The sink and toilet were sparkling, the bedding felt fresh, and there wasn't a speck of dust even in the corners. The service was very responsive; any requests I sent were answered and handled promptly. The location is convenient, making it easy to catch a taxi, and it's just a short walk to the bus stop. The amenities are excellent too: hot water is available 24/7, and the Wi-Fi signal was strong, making for a very comfortable stay.

Absolutely loved the duplex room! It was super clean and the layout was really well thought out. Upstairs, the large double bed in the sleeping area was clean, very comfortable, and wonderfully quiet – no noise at all. Both upstairs and downstairs had bathrooms, which was really convenient for washing up. All the toiletries, including bath towels and face towels, were disposable, which felt much more hygienic. The projector even came with a built-in Tencent membership, so playback was smooth and the sound quality was excellent. Plus, being downtown, getting around was incredibly easy!
