Hi Inn (Hohhot Zhaojun Road)

The room was very clean, well-equipped, and had a great environment. The service was excellent, and they even gave us fridge magnets – so thoughtful!

The location is excellent, right next to the First Hospital of Hohhot, and there are plenty of pharmacies, breakfast shops, and supermarkets downstairs. The hotel is very clean, with daily room cleaning, and they thoughtfully provide hot drinks and breakfast. The front desk service is also excellent!

First of all, I arrived in Hohhot alone very early and it was quite cold. Upon arrival, the staff patiently asked if I wanted hot soy milk for breakfast, which was very heartwarming. After a short wait, I was able to check in early and was given a free room. Since it's a newly opened hotel, the furnishings were all new and there was no unpleasant odor, just a subtle fragrance. As for takeout, there's a robot delivery service, which is very convenient. The decor perfectly suits my taste, and I felt very safe staying alone. The receptionist was extremely friendly. I would definitely choose Haiyou again next time I'm in Hohhot. The cleaning staff were also very helpful, bringing water and other amenities. This is a genuine review from the bottom of my heart.

During check-in, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient, even recommending fun places and restaurants nearby – their service was impeccable! The room was an even bigger surprise. Spacious and brightly lit, it was cozy and comfortable, making me feel right at home. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable; I fell asleep the moment my head hit the pillow and had a wonderful night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the toiletries were of excellent quality. The room was also very soundproof, so I didn't have to worry about being disturbed. The hotel facilities were also quite comprehensive. The gym had a wide variety of equipment, which was perfect for a fitness enthusiast like me, allowing me to work up a sweat anytime. The restaurant's food was exceptional, especially the breakfast, which offered a wide selection of both Chinese and Western options, all delicious and perfect for starting the day with energy.

I was so touched by the service from the hotel receptionist during my stay! She was incredibly kind and patiently answered all my questions during check-in, even proactively pointing out the thoughtful amenities in the room. Even when I called later to ask for restaurant recommendations, she meticulously suggested several places with different cuisines. Her attitude was consistently excellent. This kind and professional service was a huge plus; I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The room was very good, and I was traveling with elderly people and children. There were also restaurants nearby, a small supermarket downstairs, free parking, and easy access to taxis. However, I had too little time to play in the city. I would choose this place again next time I go.

The Hi Inn truly exceeded my expectations! The room was spotless, like a new home, and the bedding was so soft I couldn't get up. The front desk lady's smile was so heartwarming, and she even helped me print documents in the middle of the night. The location is also great, with a large parking lot where you can park for free just by scanning a QR code. There's also a self-service washer and dryer on the first floor, and the lady even folded my clothes for me—so sweet! There's also a ton of delicious food, and the value for money is incredible. I'll definitely stay here again!
