Hehot International Convention and Exhibition Center Fengdu Hotel

I stayed at this hotel while on a business trip. I had already extended my stay the day before. Around 2 PM, the front desk knocked on my door asking if I wanted to extend my stay. I said yes. They then asked if I wanted my room cleaned, and I said I was sleeping and would call when they finished cleaning. This was the first time they woke me up, which I could understand. About ten minutes later, the front desk called again to ask if I wanted to extend my stay. I said I had already extended it. This was the second time they woke me up. About ten minutes later, they knocked again to ask for room cleaning. This was the third time they woke me up. Around 5 PM, after swiping my room card, I specifically asked a thin, bespectacled front desk staff member to stand in front of me and ask me to put four bottles of water in my room, two extra. He didn't even look up or say anything. When he came back, he only put two bottles in. I can only say that the management is inconsistent with the hotel's brand.

The hotel's location and environment are fantastic. They even upgraded us to a family room for free since we had children with us. The room was very clean and quiet, and the breakfast was delicious. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hohhot. Very satisfied! 💯

I chose this hotel after considering several newly opened hotels in the area, mainly because it opened in 2025. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the breakfast was plentiful. When traveling with elderly people and children, cleanliness is paramount, and breakfast is a crucial factor. It was excellent, probably the best meal I had during the National Day holiday. I was in a hurry to eat, so I only took a few pictures.

The hotel is very upscale, with a great environment and spacious rooms. It's convenient for visiting various attractions, and the breakfast is plentiful, delicious, and offers a wide variety of options. The hot tea on the first floor is very convenient and tasty! I happened to be there during the Mid-Autumn Festival, and the lobby was beautifully decorated with a strong festive atmosphere!

This stay was extremely satisfying. The room was a pleasant surprise from the moment I entered; the design was modern, stylish, and tasteful. More importantly, the layout was very efficient, making excellent use of space – spacious yet not wasteful. There was a suitable place to put my luggage and clothes, making my stay particularly comfortable. From the front desk to room service, every staff member was smiling and incredibly attentive. They were always quick and patient in answering any questions, making me feel right at home. The breakfast was plentiful, with Chinese pastries, Western bread, stir-fries, fresh fruit, yogurt, milk, and coffee to start my day right. The hotel's location is convenient; it's right next to a large shopping mall, making dining, shopping, and movies all easily accessible. It's also a short walk to go shopping or do some light shopping in the evening. In short, it was an impeccable stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.
