Highlights: 1. The breakfast is absolutely amazing—especially the lamb offal soup! The quality of the breakfast is really high, with a rich variety of fruits like watermelon and strawberries, and plenty of freshly prepared options. The dining environment is very comfortable, and the overall quality of the dishes is impressive, which is rare. 2. Plenty of activities—I checked in on Valentine's Day, and even though it was almost 10 PM, they offered flowers, aromatherapy, and even a lucky draw! I actually won a pillow! Parking: Very convenient, with large parking lots both downstairs and behind the building. Hygiene: Very satisfied. They even put a trash can next to the sink, which shows great attention to detail. Service: Attentive, thorough, and efficient. They provided small, portable bottles of Bama water, which was a thoughtful touch. Facilities: It's rare to find twin beds that are 1.35 meters wide, and they were very comfortable to sleep in. Suggestions: 1. It would be even more perfect if there was a swimming pool. A children's playground would also be a great addition, offering more entertainment for families with kids. 2. I hope they install thermostatic showers, as the hot and cold water temperature is currently uneven. It would also be great if the shower amenities were fixed rather than individual bottles.

The room was very clean and bright. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and helpful. The hotel is also very close to tourist attractions and has convenient parking. There are many great restaurants nearby, and Zhenhua Plaza is right outside the hotel, with plenty of shopping areas in the vicinity.

This business hotel, part of the HUAZHU Hotels Group, boasts an absolutely fantastic location. It's close to Xinhua Square, an area with excellent amenities, making it incredibly convenient for all types of travelers. The hotel is newly renovated and has no unpleasant odors; the room facilities are new and comprehensive, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer a great view. The hotel team is professional, efficient, and genuinely warm. Staff members proactively and thoughtfully provide excellent service, calling ahead to confirm check-in times and room preferences, and ensuring a swift and efficient check-in upon arrival. Housekeeping left a welcome card, and during my stay, the room was kept clean and tidy with timely replenishment of supplies. Upon departure, staff kindly offered complimentary bottled water and freshly brewed tea. It was a wonderful stay, highly recommended!

The hotel is excellent, with a great location. Xiao Chen provided fantastic service, and the facilities are comprehensive.

This newly opened hotel in Xinhua offered an excellent experience! The room and restaurant decor perfectly matched my aesthetic. They even have robots deliver takeout, and I received complimentary welcome fruit upon check-in. The mini-bar in the room had ice-cold glasses and beer, which is a fantastic touch for anyone who enjoys a drink – something I haven't encountered in hotels in other cities. The breakfast was incredibly rich, with Inner Mongolian specialties and adorable heart-shaped fried eggs. I thoroughly enjoyed it! Ms. Gao Hui, the restaurant manager, and Ms. Xiao Hui at the front desk provided excellent service. They were smiling throughout and even gave me a souvenir. Overall, I'd love to stay here again if I could, but my itinerary didn't allow it this time. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I have the chance!

The service was exceptional! Intercity really exceeded my expectations. I caught a cold and they immediately brought breakfast to my room, along with some fruit, and their responses were super quick. Two areas for improvement: 1. They should proactively offer an air purifier; I only found out about it when I was leaving. 2. The mattress could use an upgrade; I didn't sleep very well. Otherwise, everything else was fantastic and far surpassed some five-star hotels.
