房間環境很差，衞生間下水洗個澡水都外流到外頭，屋裡裝修很古老，一股黴味。前台服務人員態度很差，找他們家經理投訴，人家説我就是經理！再也不來他們家住！

樓下有桌球廳，但不是酒店的，完全獨立。 停車位較少。 房間還行，較大較寬敞，衞生尚可，外面似乎有一些房間停用了，有外租的痕跡，沒有了大酒店的風采 前台要按金，鑰匙的，説是有客人不歸還鑰匙所以要收一百元按金。
