Booked this for a friend. The hotel facilities are really good and convenient to use. Great location and spacious rooms! There are many shops along the road in front of the hotel, and several frozen lakes behind it, perfect for ice skating or enjoying the scenery! This was by far the best hotel out of the four I stayed at during my 4-week trip. It's quiet despite being centrally located, and the breakfast was good too! The front desk staff were especially polite and welcoming. What truly impressed me was the hotel manager who helped me get a taxi to the airport (it's a bit tricky to call one with foreign apps) and even assisted with my luggage into the cab. That was incredibly helpful, I'm so grateful! 😊 The facilities didn't get full marks because the elevator was out of order.
