Shangri-La Hotel Hohhot

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation. The subway station is just a few hundred meters from the entrance, offering direct access to the airport, train station, and East Station. To the west, the hotel is right next to Qingcheng Park and very close to Dazhao Temple and Five Pagoda Temple. The staff are all very enthusiastic and provide thoughtful service. The breakfast is very rich, and there are several specialty restaurants nearby, such as Banmuyuan, making dining convenient. The facilities might be a bit dated, but they are still well-maintained.

Very satisfied. I've stayed here multiple times when visiting Hohhot. Even though it's an older hotel, it's clean, tidy, quiet, and comfortable. The service is warm and attentive, making you feel right at home. I had a pleasant stay.

Service: Excellent, the staff were all proactive and very enthusiastic. Cleanliness: Very good, I didn't notice any issues with cleanliness. Ambiance: Excellent, the decor is beautiful, and you can even try on Mongolian costumes for photos. Pool: Very good, the water looked reasonably clean. Facilities: A bit old, but still acceptable. Breakfast: The buffet was very rich and varied, though restocking dishes could be a bit slow when it was busy.

The gym was satisfactory, and the service was excellent. The goddess at the coffee shop was beautiful and lovely. Highly recommended!

The location is excellent, very close to the main scenic spots, and perfect for city walks. There are plenty of dining options nearby, offering a great selection of local eateries without being directly in the tourist hustle. It's right next to Qingcheng Park, offering open views. The room size is moderate with a good view. The hotel interior features Mongolian-inspired design, and as an established five-star brand, it's very trustworthy.

First time in Inner Mongolia, and I was lucky to have great weather. After dropping off my luggage, I watched the sunset from my hotel room. I highly recommend Shangri-La for anyone visiting from out of town. Qingcheng Park, right downstairs, is lovely for a walk, and the Inner Mongolia Museum is only about a 20-minute drive away, which isn't far at all. Although the hotel is a bit older, the overall facilities are solid, and the service was excellent throughout my stay. Special thanks to the wonderful young ladies at the front desk: Chen Yang and Jiao Jiao. My flight was delayed, and they kindly arranged a late check-out for me. So nice!

The hotel service was excellent, with staff across all departments being enthusiastic and efficient, far exceeding other hotels in the city. Breakfast included Hohhot specialties like shaomai, lamb offal soup, and milk tea. The room had a humidifier, and a choice of latex or buckwheat pillows. The toothbrush was soft. There were about 4-5 charging outlets in the room, which was very convenient. With four elevators, waiting times were minimal. However, some of the hardware is quite old and could use a renovation or partial upgrade.

This is an older five-star hotel in Hohhot. While the facilities and equipment were top-notch back in the day, they might seem a bit dated now. However, it's still quite good. I recommend staying here.

This hotel is conveniently located 20 kilometers from Hohhot Baita International Airport and right next to Inner Mongolia University. Situated in the bustling city center's commercial district, it holds the distinction of being the first international luxury hotel in the area.
