The hotel upgraded us to a suite that night, which was a really great, spacious open-plan room. All the in-room facilities and amenities were in excellent working order, and everything was clean and hygienic. The hotel's breakfast was also fantastic. Highly recommend staying here!

The facilities are well-equipped, and the staff are warm and attentive. The room is comfortable. I highly recommend staying here; it was a great experience.

I've stayed here multiple times now, so I'm quite familiar with everything, and overall I'm pretty satisfied. It's mainly convenient for getting to the South Campus of Inner Mongolia University. Although it's a bit of a walk, it's the only upscale hotel in the vicinity.

Your service attitude truly impressed me! You even arranged for an upgraded suite facing the main street! The hotel was also spotlessly clean and tidy every day! Both the front desk staff and the cleaning staff were incredibly friendly! The hotel also offers free laundry service, which is very convenient 👍🏻 Next time I visit Baotou, I will definitely stay at your hotel again! For breakfast, there's a wide variety of choices, from Western to Chinese cuisine, you'll find everything you need! The hotel's location is also excellent, with a shopping mall right downstairs where you can buy daily necessities! I highly recommend everyone visiting Baotou to stay at the Hampton by Hilton! Absolutely amazing experience! I was upgraded, late check out, and breakfast due to Trip.com program!! Besides, large clean, very convenient room, great service from the hotel staff, very good breakfast, very reasonable price. Highly recommended

I had a comfortable stay in this fairly new hotel. Everything was spotless clean. The milk tea station at the breakfast buffet was a nice touch, however there is room for improvement in the quality/selection of the food.

I was surprised by others' comments about the welcoming reception they got at the hotel. The young lady at the reception yesterday night was pretty cold. Probably she's not too thrilled having to work on a Saturday night, and also I interrupted her conversation with a guy, who claimed to be a staff of the hotel. I asked whether he was working at the hotel as he had full view of my document when I was checking in and he wasn't wearing any uniform.

Close to metro station, very comfortable and clean. service is great. breakfast has many options. In the end, everything is great. I will come back again. thanks you all of you.

Once again the Hilton lives up to its expectation. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The hotel opened in mid 2022 and it still felt like new. It is easily accessible and the staff, as always, were super friendly and helpful. The rooms are reasonably spacious and without a doubt clean and well decorated. I love having breakfast in the morning and what a spread it was! Everything was fresh and on point. There was more than enough space for everyone to get a seat. We rented a car and had underground parking at the hotel. Just remember to share your number plate with the front desk so that you don’t have to pay when exiting at the gate. I highly recommend anyone to stay here.
