Grand Sunrise Palace Hoian

I rented a scooter from My Khe Beach in Da Nang, and it only took over half an hour to reach Hoi An. This hotel, whether in terms of facilities or service, was far superior to what I found in Hoi An and homestays. The room and bedding, in particular, were absolutely fantastic, allowing even me, who usually struggles with sleep, to get a solid night's rest. Additionally, the hotel's own spa was having a promotion, with prices even lower than spas on the street, and the massage technique and pressure were excellent.

A wonderful hotel where we spent a week! We didn't want to leave. Excellent staff. Friendly and warm communication. Great spa and pool. Special thanks to Ame and Katty! They accompanied us with smiles and pleasant conversation throughout our stay! Thank you very much for a wonderful time at your hotel!

A Wonderful Stay at Grand Sunrise Palace Hoi An! We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, and it was an absolute 100-mark experience! Location: Although it is not right inside the Ancient Town, it is in a peaceful area while still being very convenient. They provide a free shuttle bus to both the Ancient Town and An Bang Beach. Room & Facilities: The facilities are very new, and the rooms are stylish, clean, and elegant. Dining: The breakfast buffet was fantastic—rich in variety and delicious. Outstanding Service: The best part of our stay was the incredible staff. Amber took care of us from the moment we checked in until we left, providing attentive service every single moment. Gigi and Amy were also extremely helpful and friendly! Special Touch: A huge thank you to the team for arranging a wonderful birthday surprise for me during checkout. We truly appreciate everything and cannot wait to come back! Highly recommended!

Brian was very friendly and introduced us to the different areas of the hotel. The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended when visiting Hoi An!
