Excellent location, 5 mins walk to Hoi An old town. 0 minutes walk to Night market. Room rate is reasonable, clean and quiet room, less then 2 mins walk to Michelin restaurant and many local restaurants or hawker stall servicing cheap and good food from breakfast to dinner. Staffs are helpful and friendly.

I think a i got a room upgrade because someone didnt want the room .The room was decent big enough for 1 person with a balcony so the view was awesome .So thank to the owner for the upgeade .The bathroom was a bit narrow .Other than that i dont have any complaint

The hotel is located right in the heart of the walking street. Step out, and you're immediately at a bustling market selling various goods. A short stroll further leads to Hoi An Ancient Town, a favorite among tourists for its vibrantly painted buildings and restaurants that make for stunning, stylish photos. In the evenings, the streets come alive with a vibrant night market, featuring countless stalls. While many vendors offer similar products, it's crucial to haggle for a fair price, as items can be quite overpriced otherwise.

Great location, with a market right outside. I really appreciated the strong and immediate water pressure from the shower.

While the location is great, being close to tourist attractions, the room itself was incredibly small. There's no elevator, so be prepared to climb stairs. It seemed to be an owner-operated place without any dedicated staff, which resulted in the service feeling quite inconvenient. In-room amenities were sparse. It might be acceptable for solo male travelers, but for women or families, it felt quite inconvenient and lacking in comfort. Furthermore, the price was surprisingly high, even compared to city hotels.

My stay here was short and sweet as I had to leave very early in the morning to catch my DaNang flight to Hanoi. Brilliantly situated next to the night market and a stone’s throw from the river and boats. After walking round the old town it was a very comfortable place to overnight

Ms. Lisa was an amazing host for our time in Hoi An. When we checked in she only had a twin room because all other rooms were booked, but she apologized and told us our double room would be available the next day. She made sure it was cleaned and ready even before check in time so we did not have to move our bags to the lobby. She also is very knowledgeable and can help you find great restaurants, tailors, or other activities in Hoi An. And my favorite part was that she has a car service to the airport which was the same price as grab, but able to be scheduled to fit your exact needs. Next time I’m in Hoi An, I will definitely be back with Ms. Lisa!

The hotel was clean and cozy. Its location is incredibly convenient, with the night market and river right nearby. However, I'd say it's best suited for a short stay, just a couple of nights, given how noisy the area is. Despite that, we were happy with our stay.

Amazing staff and location is perfect for first timers

The room was clean and the service was good. An elevator is available, which is very convenient for luggage. The only downside was the noise from the night market until midnight. Overall, excellent!

Excellent service, the owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. The homestay is located in a great place near the night market and old town. Would highly recommend.
