Nature Resort Hoi An

I'm very satisfied with the service, especially the front desk staff here, who are incredibly enthusiastic and promptly assisted my family whenever called upon.

This was by far the dirtiest and most uncomfortable place I've ever stayed in during my travels. On the last day, a cockroach appeared, startling me so much that I immediately checked out. The internet connection was terrible; when I asked the staff for help, all they told me was to turn it off and on again. Don't think of the Wi-Fi as slow, think of it as non-existent. It's far from the city center, making it hard to catch a taxi, and I had to pay extra fares, so considering that, it's not even cheap. I saw other reviews where people said they only stayed one night, and I completely agree with that sentiment. The only redeeming quality was the breakfast.

This is a tranquil Vietnamese-style resort with recently renovated, clean rooms. The breakfast is rich and delicious, and the staff are bright and friendly.

From the outside and in photos, the hotel looks charming. But!! The room was old and dirty, it was disgusting to be in there 🤮🤮 This is the first time I've ever stayed in such a terrible place. I don't understand why the hotel has a high rating. The location isn't the best either; it's about a 10-minute scooter ride to the center of Hoi An. There are no shops nearby.

The room was very quiet and cozy. The bed was very comfortable and large. The breakfast buffet was abundant and varied.

The room decorations are adorable, with a charming and nostalgic Indochine style. It's also conveniently located near Hoi An Ancient Town and An Bang Beach.

The room was kept quite clean, but the facilities were old. The bathroom door didn't close completely, and the TV couldn't connect to YouTube.

Quite impressed with the breakfast selection; it's diverse, delicious, and clean. The staff are very helpful and go above and beyond to assist with everything.
