Front desk greeted us warmly, made an effort to personalise the welcome by situating us in the library first. Location wise, it is very near to Hoi an old town, which was the main draw of Hoi an. There is a shuttle that brings us to An Bang beach, which is about 10mins grab ride away. The air conditioning broke down on our first night. Had the staff come up to check it out, and had to manually jump start the unit outside, which meant down time. Front desk was apologetic but couldn’t offer us a room swap due to full capacity. Thankfully it was fixed and we could rest properly at around 1230am. Pleasant surprise when we checked in for breakfast the day after, where the staff Min, greeted us warmly and apologised profusely for the air conditioning issue. We didn’t expect her to remember us and this touch was very heartfelt. Thank you Min and Hilary for making our first trip to Hoi A memorable and enjoyable.

This is a highly recommended hotel if you're visiting Hoi An. Its location was perfect for walking with the kids to explore Hoi An Ancient Town and easily returning to the hotel. We also participated in a lantern-making class at the hotel, and the staff were incredibly kind and made our stay very comfortable. Since it was scorching hot every day, we spent our mornings by the outdoor pool. Overall, we were very satisfied with the location, the staff, and the beautiful rooms.

The room was really clean with comfortable beds. They offered complimentary beach shuttle with beach towels that was really appreciated. Buffet breakfast was great was huge variety with popular vietnam dishes as well as Jap sushi and Korean kimchi fried rice and kimchi soup. Highly recommended as a nice at Hoi An!

Staff very friendly, welcoming upgraded to a bigger room. Pool looked sweet, putting green was nice, restaurant showing Aussie football as well. Employee Sophie was very sweet and very helping with our young daughter and with us. Recommend this hotel a 1000 times

Location of the hotel is excellent. Just at one of the entrance to Hoi An unesco old town. Good service by their staff.

The hotel staff were so friendly, and the design is incredibly cute with Hoi An yellow everywhere! My favorite part was the bathroom design. I'd love to stay here again if I ever come back to Hoi An.
