The hotel is located in a quiet area and offers a decent breakfast, but it feels worn out and needs renovation. The room wasn’t cleaned properly, the AC was weak, and the staff was overly pushy trying to sell tours and extra services.

Brilliant location right near the old town and night market. Staff were great and very helpful. The room was basic but ok. Pool not as pictured, no outdoor pool.

Fantastic! Friendly and efficient staff! The location couldn't be better. The hotel is lovely and comfortable. We liked it so much that we stayed there again on our way back!

I think this hotel offers good value for the price. I found it well-suited for a family stay. You can rent bicycles for a fee and explore the old town. I did find the hotel a bit dim overall, and the walls were thin, so the noise bothered me a little.

Great value for money, large clean rooms and very friendly/helpful staff. Location was perfect, close to everything but not in the middle of the craziness. Would book again when coming back to Hoi An.

I'm gonna be honest its just ok because i was having high expectations.usually i dont stay at hotel over $20 a night and this was 25-30 a night depend on which day. everything was just ok include the breakfast there were just some minor things

The staff provided excellent service, explaining everything in great detail. They gave us fantastic recommendations on places to visit, where to shop, and suggested various activities we could join. We took part in the lantern boat ride and watched the 'Memories' show. Bicycles are also available for rent here, and we enjoyed cycling around the old town! It was a wonderful experience.
