The location is fantastic! It's only a 6-minute walk to Hoi An Market, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. You can also easily walk to the riverside, a popular spot for boat rides and lantern releases. *** Downsides: There's no elevator, and you need to take off your shoes outside before entering the property. They do provide a shoe rack. *** Upsides: They offer a shuttle service from Hoi An to Da Nang or the airport for 250,000 VND, which is much cheaper than using Grab.

No tissues provided. No complimentary water. Toothbrush and comb available. Water pressure in the shower is decent. Power outlets near the bed. Room has a window, but no view. The shower room was clean, which was good.

This place was such a good find!!! Miss Ten went above and beyond with her service and helped us figure out what attractions/busses we wanted to book and also made us coffee each morning. Our room was very clean and we had a nice balcony view as well.

Amazing location, just 7 minute walk to Old Town. Also the resto “Pho May” near the homestay has great menu! Miss Ten is amazing, even gave me a noodle for lunch and invited me for a chicken in dinner. Very lovely host ❤️❤️
