The staff provided warm and friendly service, the hotel was clean, and the food was delicious.

Beautiful place. Good view from the balcony. Nice hosts. Breakfast has different options — I had a really big plate of rice. As for cleanness, everything was good except for someone’s hair in the bathroom trash bin and light smell of mold in the room

I was worried because of the mixed reviews about the room condition. I was worried about bugs and the smell, but my worries were over. I arrived at almost 1 a.m. The host didn't greet me, but there was a friendly message in English and a room key ready for me. The moment I opened the door and stepped inside, the fragrant smell and clean bedding lifted my spirits, and my worries disappeared. However, there were still some signs of wear and tear: a creaky door and a faded trash can. I was also impressed that my family of four could enjoy an Asian breakfast for a reasonable price. Because we arrived early in the morning, we were very hungry. It wasn't until around 8 a.m. that breakfast was ready. There were four bottles of water, disposable toothbrushes, and toothpaste, but no razors.

The hotel is located in an ambiguous place. From the photos it seems like a wonderful place to relax, located in a quiet private sector, but in fact the hotel is located on a very busy road. The traffic does not stop until late in the evening. It is simply impossible to walk along it. It is very dusty and there is a lot of traffic. You can only get around by bike. It is also located far from the city center and a 20-minute drive from Hoi An, where there are many cafes and entertainment venues. There are no European cafes near the hotel, only very small Vietnamese ones. This can be a problem for a long-term stay. The hotel includes breakfast, it consists of a few limited items, but it is quite acceptable, you will not go hungry. The rooms themselves are very simple, no frills, with old wooden furniture. Cleanliness is not bad, they clean every day, provide water, change towels. The hostess herself is friendly, helps with all issues. You can rent bicycles and A bike for travel, which is quite convenient. The very affordable price is also worth mentioning, which is a clear advantage. If you don't have high expectations and are comfortable getting around on a bike, you can consider it for accommodation.

You can stay here if you are traveling by yourself. It is quite close to Hoi An Ancient Town by bike. The boss lady also has motorcycles for rent, but you need to pay attention to safety. The traffic is very chaotic, so make good use of the horn. The room is clean and acceptable, but it is a bit damp and smelly. Just turn on the air conditioner. It is okay if you don't mind. The room price is cheap, and the breakfast is cooked to order.

It's a bit far from the center of Hoi An. Breakfast was provided and the facilities were nice and good.
