Fantastic stay. The staff paid attention to every detail. The rooms were comfortable, the food was excellent, and the pool was fantastic for relaxing after long, hot walks. A heartfelt thank you to Emily and all the staff!

This is my second time staying at Hoi An Odyssey and it lived up to and surpassed my previous visit. The thing that really makes this hotel special is the Staff. They are incredibly gracious, genuinely friendly and will spend time chatting and checking in on all the guests and their needs - most times anticipating. I love that it is out of the crowded and noisy area of Old Town and the waterfront, an oasis of peace and tranquillity. The spa and massage is excellent and the amenities, pool, restaurant and bar are top class for a boutique hotel. We can't wait for our next visit.

Absolutely loved staying in this hotel. Staff is super-friendly and accommodating. There is a refreshing all the time on the first floor. The pool is clean and the towels are provided nearby. Breakfast is more than good, several types of eggs, fruit, pastries, local dishes - everything was tasty and fresh. The hotel is located on the other side of all the hustle and bustle, you just need to stroll for about 10 minutes from the old city. 100% recommend for staying in Hoi An, would love to stay more if had an opportunity. So if you have doubts whether to stay there for 3 and more days the answer is definitely - yes!

Fantastic experience! The best so far in Vietnam. The hotel staff is very kind and super informative, supportive and efficient from the breakfast time through the evening dinner. Breakfast is great as well as the lounge and pool area. Rooms are spacious, clean and very well equipped with amenities Location wise it is great as you have complimentary bikes and you can easily reach the busy downtown An oasis of peace and true hospitality. The receptionist go around the hotel engaging conversations with the guests making them feel like home. I wish I could spend more time. Jesse, Emily and Ahn were amazing oriented guests caring people. Thanks a lot!
