Hotel provides free bicycles for guests, it comes very handy as walking to old town take at least 20 minutes.

I was quite impressed with the personal touch during check-in when the receptionist took time to explain the places of interests in Hoi An for all first time visitor. The room I got was beautifully decorated, clean and I enjoyed the bathtub. Just that u gotta bring your own bath bomb for the tub :) I also particularly like the balcony view. The hotel is located at a quiet corner and the old town is just around 10 mins walk away or you can cycle there with the hotel bikes. I really enjoy my stay in this hotel alot. Thumbs up.

Everything was brilliant. We had the hotel do two way airport transfers which was good value and very efficient. Our room was very nice, large and very tidy. The breakfast was good and Staff are super helpful. The location is also very nice not on a busy street but close enough to everything

It was the best hotel I've ever been to in my life.
The service, rooms, facilities, and food are all excellent.
Especially the customer service was outstanding.
Hoi An itself is also recommended, and if you go to Hoi An, this hotel is recommended.

Excellent place. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast buffet is great, the hotel is very clean and I would definitely stay there again. But as an avid gym goer, the gym lags in equipment and more importantly in safety. The big exercise rack is not bolded to the ground and shiftet on me while using it which made me pull a muscle in my shoulder. But if you won't be using the gym, this place will offer a 5 star experience.

A really great smallish hotel where the staff really care about your happiness. We are just ending a 2 week stay and are really impressed with the constant effort to make our time as pleasant as possible. Quiet and peaceful with two pools - one rooftop with a view and one ground level that's normally extremely quiet. Good sized rooms, great bathrooms and comfy beds. Just outside of the old town (and its hustle and bustle) - an easy walk in. We've spent more than 2 months total in Vietnam and this is the nicest place we have stayed. Whether for a short stay or several weeks, we can't think of a nicer place with better staff.
