The location was absolutely perfect! We stayed in a top-floor room, and the sunshine was lovely. The view from our charming balcony was unforgettable! There was also a refrigerator.

The landlord was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Old Town, which made it very convenient for sightseeing. Breakfast was included, with several options to choose from. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place.

We stayed here for two nights, and the location is fantastic, very close to popular attractions like Hoi An Night Market and the Japanese Bridge. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and friendly. For breakfast, they offered a choice of pho or baguettes. While the facilities and space were just okay, overall, it was good value for money.

VERY VERY DIRTY 😭😭😭 see attached photos  The bed sheet and blanket is so itchy and when we check it, it looks like they didn’t change it. There’s a loooooot of stains on curtains, cups etc. Too many dusts on furnitures. I believed in good reviews here but our experience was different 😭😭😭 The view of the room is sooo nice tho and location is near the river.

Everything was good, excellent location, close to everything. The room was small but cozy. Breakfast was included, but no one offered it during our 2-night stay, so we ate nearby. The city itself is superb.

Location wise. just 1-5mins walk to old town. very convenient amd also they offer motorbike rentals for only 150k vnd. Love it. breakfast is good you can choose from the menu. will gonna book this again soon.
