I never commented anything negative on any property i've stayed but this time i need to, Initially i've booked 3nights to be in this hotel but because of the impression of one of the staff at the front desk (MuOi) has made me decided to only stay in this hotel for 2 nights. At first she's very friendly and helpful, even whatsapp us a day before our arrival (which was a very nice gesture) then she did mentioned they provide free shuttle to a Tailor shop (which she claim , ✌🏻gives better price✌🏻) only to found out that tailor shop will charge you crazy amount of money and i do believe she'll get commission out of any order from us.. hotel does not have any elevator (only stairs) , pool is not that clean, the only plus is its near to some convenient shop & food stalls/small shops. I guess they are lucky enough now as i will not return again as a guest and pls do not trust the front desk on advising anything in regard to tailoring/pricing. We had some health problems and they took us to a doctor and helped us. The room is very nice decor and very comfortable. we love it.

The staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you. A great place to stay to enhance your visit to this beautiful UNESCO heritage town.

Advice to anyone that reads our feedback. YOU MUST STAY HERE!We walked around the market, the town, the beach, etc., both during the day and at night, for a total of 40,000 steps! It was good exercise. We recommend the boat ride and the lantern floating.

Breakfast was good with a good selection of Western & Asian Foods and variety of fruits with a nice dining area and nice view too.

Stayed here with a larger group and we loved it! The location is perfect and in easy bicycle distance to the ancient town.

I cannot speak highly enough of their staff. Our trip was booked thru travel agents and our stay was part of a package. Breakfast was included with our stay. And what a breakfast it was! Excellent variety.

Any questions we had regarding trips, sights and even ideas we had for the remainder of our trip were researched by the staff whilst we were out for the day and we were presented with lots of options (none of which were pushed).
