Hoian Royal Villa

Good location. Room was okay and spacious, however was not the cleanest, room smelled damp upon entry. Bedsheets and towels were stained. The bed was also very firm. Tv in the room didn’t work requested for it to be fixed and it wasn’t. Hairdryer in room also did not work and had to request a new one. Tap in shower was also broken but could still be used.

Convenient location for the market walk!

Room was fine except no hot water. Owners speak little English and tried to rip me off after I had a bicycle accident. Location is good just outside of old town and lots of local shops and restaurants.

Room have a sofa and it's the worst I ever had the TV work with no channel the ceiling has a strange black spot the bed feel quite nice it's ok for 1 night stay

The people in the hotel did not speak english, which was very annoying. They did have a bike rental. Altough the rooms were cleaned everyday, the room itself was not very clean.

Perfect location to discover hoian by foot. You can reach everything by foot and also a lot of restaurants are nearby. Very happy about the stay and would stay there again.

Good location near the old town. Room was nice however the blinds did not block out much light

Came and hour after check in time and still had to wait an extra 20 minutes for our room to be ready. And then check out time was 12pm and it’s was 12:04pm and we were literally 1 minute from leaving and he comes and knocks on the door and walks in room Rudely and disrespectful looks around at everything. We were provided waters that we assumed were complimentary like any other hotel. But he made us pay for them and over charged us but double how much we pay for them at the store. There was no sign that said they costed money. The room was also not oven fully cleaned up from the the last guests. And the walls meeting to the ceiling were gross. DO NOT GO HERE
