The room was great, and all the staff in the lobby were very friendly and quick to resolve any issues. The pool was perfect for kids to play in. A special shout-out to Vivian, who was incredibly thoughtful; after I mentioned having trouble sleeping on the first night, she consistently checked in on me afterwards. She's truly beautiful inside and out!

The Wyndham Garden Hotel chain really lives up to its name with its impressive exterior, grand lobby, and a wide variety of dining options. The pool is also very clean. The only downside is the lack of air conditioning in the lobby and near the elevators; you only get AC once you're in the room. This might be due to insufficient power resources in the area. If this could be improved, it would be perfect. The service, however, is excellent, especially the baggage delivery right to your door.

The hotel's service was absolutely amazing! Staff were at the entrance, ready to greet us and were very proactive in helping with check-in. When we left, they even helped carry our luggage to the car. The room was great too, and the breakfast was delicious. I really liked this hotel. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit far from the old town, but everything else was excellent.

The cleanliness was perfect. This is the first and most important thing I'd like to highlight. It's a quiet, peaceful hotel in a classic Vietnamese style. All the staff were incredibly friendly, smiling, and solved any issues immediately (though we didn't really bother anyone with requests, everything was fine for us). The breakfasts were good, nothing super fancy, but there were options for those who don't eat pork (either beef or fish was available), fruits, juices, and pastries – all tasty. There's a pool on site, quite deep but not very large. The mini-bar is chargeable, except for water. They give you an information sheet in Russian upon check-in, detailing operating hours, etc. There's a shuttle service to a beach about 4-5 minutes from the hotel, and to the Old Town in Hoi An. The schedule is limited: three times a day. There's also a beach near the hotel, but it's more of a public one. We only went there once. We preferred the beach that the shuttle takes you to. The clientele was mostly European, but there were also many people from Kazakhstan during our stay. We used the free airport transfer, as promised when booking (it was a comfortable, clean car for 4 people, about a 40-minute drive). This was our third and final hotel on this trip. I specifically chose a secluded, quiet hotel to relax before heading home. I really enjoyed everything. I'd love to come back again! Good luck!
